We employ consultants who specialise in factory automation and robotics; validation experts; specialists in data analytics and experts in advanced manufacturing. Many of us are Chartered Engineers, or on our way to Chartership.

We track and test the latest manufacturing technologies. Our portfolio of services covers all aspects of advanced manufacturing:  factory transformation, production transformation, the transition to digital & AI – Machine learning, automation and robotics.

Early Careers

As a member of our team you will:

  • Work alongside experienced engineers, validation experts and Project Managers to develop your understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes; including mechanical, automation and chemical engineering.
  • Learn through hand-on experience across multiple projects, and be given opportunities to experience different industries (when projects allow).
  • Be given ownership of project elements, gain invaluable exposure to technologies and be presented with regular opportunities to use and enhance your knowledge.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders on your projects.
  • Gain experience in construction and build project phases.
  • Be well-supported on your personal development journey; with access to mentors, training courses and continuous learning opportunities. We value Chartership and will encourage and support you to work towards this.
  • Be given opportunities for involvement in internal projects, developing business acumen and soft skills; and supporting the continuous improvement of our EOT owned business.
