Since joining JPH in 2019, Hilke has gone from strength to strength. Starting out in an administrative role, she quickly proved herself to be a capable and trusted member of the team, leading to her promotion to Finance Lead in 2023. Hilke now plays a key role in managing our day-to-day finance operations and supporting the wider team.
